Customer Reviews
Good value on photo book
I was looking for a decent photo book without spending a fortune. I managed to get 40% off a Hardcover Photo Book during a sale, which made the price very competitive. Shipping wasn't free, but the overall cost felt worth it for the quality. The book arrived well-packaged and the print quality was good. I felt like I got good value for my money.
Consistent quality over time
This was my third order from Mpix, and once again, I was pleased. I ordered a mix of Deep Matte Prints and some Greeting Cards this time. The prints are consistently good, with rich colors and a nice feel. The cards also turned out really well, good cardstock. My previous orders for Canvas Prints were just as good. They're reliable, which is why I keep coming back. Shipping took about a week, which is pretty standard for them.
Mostly good, minor issue
I ordered a set of Metal Prints and a Custom Puzzle. The Metal Prints look fantastic, very sharp and bright, I'm really happy with those. The puzzle, however, had one piece that was slightly bent, almost imperceptibly, but it was there. Delivery was within the estimated timeframe, but I do wish they offered a slightly faster standard shipping option. Customer service was polite when I asked about print finishes, though. Good quality overall, just a small snag with one item.
Great quality prints, easy process
I recently ordered several Lustre Photo Prints and a Hardcover Photo Book from Mpix. The ordering process on their website was straightforward; uploading photos was simple, and the design tools for the photo book were intuitive enough for a first-timer. It took about 4 days for the order to ship out, and then another 3 days to reach my home in Ohio. Packaging was very sturdy, everything arrived in perfect condition. The print quality is excellent, colors are true to my screen, and the paper stock for the photo book feels premium. I had a small question about a specific photo crop before ordering, and customer support responded to my email within a few hours, which was helpful. Overall, a really solid experience for getting high-quality photo products.
So happy with my order!
Oh my gosh, I just received my Canvas Print and a few Metallic Prints from Mpix and they are absolutely gorgeous! The colors are so vibrant and the detail is amazing. I can't wait to hang them up. Everything was super easy to order and arrived so quickly. I will definitely be ordering all my photo gifts and prints from them again. You should too!

Hey, thinking of getting some photo books printed here for a gift. How fast is their shipping usually? Need it for a bday coming up in about two weeks.
Is Mpix generally considered better quality than Shutterfly? Trying to decide where to get some canvases done.
